Time for fun!

on Wednesday, June 25, 2008

It's summer! Time for fun in the pool! After much entreating and doing some chores, was off to the pool.... Yesterday, I spent the whole day by the swimming pool, the whole day was perfectly gorgeous. I love swimming. I burn a good amount of calories when I swim. I find that my pool is my best friend when it comes to bodily exertion. I have found that I am momentous more hungry after a day of swimming exercise than normal exercise but this has been remarkable good for me because I've been under my calories lately.... I found that swimming really got me started on getting fit last summer... LoL!

I've always heard that swimming is great exercise, it still burned twice as many calories as walking! Upppps, that's a bit off topic, isn't it? Anyway, I found it to be a remarkable wide-reaching exercise, I'd extremely recommend it.

Hi S.C, Happy WW! You pool looks like a fun place to hang out. I don't swim much anymore, just a little once in a while in the neighbor's pool.

People were asking about the Subaru cars so after you came I left this comment:
"Have to confess why I like these cars.
I like odd cars, especially tiny pickups. There were only 70 of these brought in to the U.S. These types of little pickups are running around all over the Mediterranian area. They are a regular work horse. Then too the roads over there aren't up to the speeds we drive around here so they fit in better with the traffic.

We found the other one outside our window while eating at Burger King. These girls and their dog had just left the drive through and were getting the food ready. The dog had a hamburger, that is why I like this one, I like clever dogs in action."

I swim at least 3 times a week in my fitness club. There is a nice swimming pool which very often I have all for myself.
